Jumbleberry Icecream

A simple and rather tasty way of making icecream!!

And not an icecream maker in sight!

Ingredients:

500ml fresh custard

500ml natural yoghurt

half a jar of homemade jam!

Mix it all together in a bowl

Freeze for an hour and a hal in a lidded container

Remove from freezer, blitz in the blender

Freeze until eating time!!
