Apple and Raspberry Jam

After an afternoon scrumping apple with my father the other weekend I found myself with more apples to stew/jam and basically deal with!! So I made some apple and raspberry jam!!
Recipe:
Ingredients:
0.5 lbs of raspberries washed
3 lbs apples peeled and cored and chopped roughly
3 lbs of jam sugar
lemon juice splodge
1/2 pint of water
Method:
I popped all the ingredients in the pan brought to the boil and then simmered for a while to allow the apple to stew,
then boiled like mad until the 223 temp reached and set point!! before jarring up into sterilized jars and leaving to cool
Look at the colour on that!!! Yum!!!
