Well guys today I decided to say goodbye to my fat behind!!! and have begun a healthy eating/slimfast kick…… Yes I know we’ll see how long this lasts this time but I am determined!! So far!!!! lol. I am trying out the slim fast shakes for the next couple of weeks to give me, hopefully a good kick start!!
Today I have tried the chocolate “make your own stuff from powder” for breakkie and survived (definately not as bad as I remember from last time) and I had the fruits of the forest shake for lunch and that was YUM! like a forest fruit yoghurt drink really. I have managed to survive not eating biscuits in my classroom today (a VERY hard task let me tell you!!) AND I have managed to munch through 2 apples hurrah!!! and so far I am not fainting from hunger…. All good!! But I am considering what to have for my 600 calorie evening meal…. but plenty of good healthy choices in my fridge after yesterday’s shopping trip….
My dog is also going to have her little paws walked off and at some point the fitness DVD’s will come out and play and I intend getting a Wii balance board to actually be able to use the Wii as I intended it!!
So my goal…. I want to lose at least 2 stone and tone up a bit by September. I have picked this date not because of anything special, but because it is the start of the new school year and with my projected class next year I’ll have a good chance of keeping it off as I’ll be running about like a crazed person!!
So readers any helpful tips???
